FAQ
Which cities are available?
Any city or neighborhood with OpenStreetMap building data is available. Coverage is strongest in major cities, but many smaller towns are mapped in detail too.
Are the building heights accurate?
We use mapped building heights where available and realistic estimates otherwise. Footprints and street positions come from OpenStreetMap.
What area can I select?
Select an area up to 3 km across. Dense city centers often look best at 1–2 km, where individual buildings remain clear.
What file formats are included?
You receive print-ready STL, 3MF, and OBJ files, with city, streets, water, frame, and label available as separate parts.
Can I add a custom city name?
Yes. Enter any label up to 40 characters and it will be engraved on the frame or base.
Can I preview the city before buying?
Yes. Generate and inspect the full interactive 3D preview before choosing whether to purchase the files.
Which print settings work best?
Use a 0.2 mm layer height and at least 3 walls or perimeters. A smaller nozzle can improve detail in very dense city models.
